Hawley Crescent provided catering services and wedding planning for our wedding in May, 2026. Working with the entire Hawley Crescent team was a great experience, and they made everything flow so seamlessly from our first meeting to the day-of execution. Food: The menu has something for everyone! The tasting was a very fun experience, they invited a number of couples for their upcoming wedding season to their studio where they had a restaurant style table service, showcasing some of the staples from their menu. It allowed us to meet the staff, try the food and visualize presentation, all of which made making our menu a lot easier. In addition to the food being delicious, they were also very accommodating to our dietary restrictions, including gluten/celiac, dairy, nuts and fish allergies. Place settings and table layouts: Hawley Crescent has so many options, from table shape, table size, cloth material and colour, plate styles, and everything in between. We had a chance to actually see a number of different styles at their studio, which also made making our final decision that much easier. Wedding Planning/Coordination: Working with Hawley Crescent was amazing! They were organized, incredibly responsive, and had a very good handle on what our wedding vision was, and how to execute it. On the day of, they arrived early, checked in with all our vendors, and took a lot of the stress out of the day, allowing my wife and I to focus on just having fun. From our very first meeting we were immediately impressed with the Team from Hawley Crescent. Having hosted and chaired many large-scale fundraising events ourselves, we came with very high expectations and this team met them all. Their attention to detail, incredible professionalism and vast experience providing service to a multitude of couples really played a big part in making our experience incredible. After several meetings and a fantastic tasting, we were provided with a detailed blueprint of our wedding; including a floor plan accompanied by detailed list of elements that would be included for the day. Setting up, running and hosting the day was done seamlessly by the team and we can truly say it alleviated any stress we had.
