Besides the official Oxford Dictionary meaning: “A person who has a primarily vegetarian diet but occasionally eats meat or fish.”, we believe that being a Flexitarian Catering Company means that we can handily satisfy all special dietary needs, such as gluten-free, celiac, vegetarian, vegan, etc…all at once during your event.. Our family has many diverse dietary requirements and so we’re experienced at creating many special needs offerings during one meal with ease.

Chef Roger is a master flavour profiler who can accommodate pretty much any request, but his roots lie in East and West Indian foods. We always advise that our prospective clients call us to ask if we can accommodate their tastes and menu requests as it’s impossible for us to list absolutely everything that we can do.
