Position: Event Team Member – Setup Team and/or Front of House Team
Location: Oshawa, ON – we travel all over Ontario for event execution

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A valid Smart Serve Certification
- A valid Driver’s License (access to a vehicle is an asset)
- Food Handling and Safety knowledge
- 1 to 5 years of Experience in Catering, Events, or Hospitality preferred
- (Bonus, but not required, we value attitude and potential just as much as experience!)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A professional, positive attitude and sense of responsibility

What You’ll Do
- Support event setup, conversions and tear-down in as setup team member
- Deliver professional, friendly service to guests and clients as a server
- Anticipate needs and assist team members proactively
- Represent Hawley Crescent with pride, professionalism, and care
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety
